CONTEST DESCRIPTION

The UFC Pay Per View game ("Promotion") is open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legal residents of, and are physically present in, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. The Promotion begins at approximately 5:00 P.M. (ET) on August 26, 2006 and ends at approximately 12:00 A.M. (ET) on August 26, 2006.

During the broadcast, we will invite Pay Per View viewers to participate in the Promotion by choosing the correct answer to the question who will win tonight's UFC fight.

ELIGIBILITY

If you have a text messaging-capable cell phone from a participating carrier, you may enter the Promotion once prompted to do so by the screen, by sending a text message to the short code 88398 with your guess of the number corresponding to an answer to the specific Entry Night Question. A premium text message charge of $0.99 will apply to all text message entries sent in connection with the Promotion and will appear on your bill from your carrier.
